Berry mousse

  • 200 g of berries (frozen)

  • 2 yolks 

  • 250 ml of fresh cream 

  • 70 g of sugar


 

  1. Beat the yolks with sugar until you get a frothy mixture.  Add berry puree to the mixture and cook in a bain marie for 15 minutes, stirring.

  2. Pour the batter into the cream and mix well. Pour it into a single-portion molds(cups) and refrigerate for 4 hours.
