Peanut butter tart 🥜

Crust:

  • 300 g shortbread (or Oreo cookies)

  • 100 g butter, softened

Filling:

  • 1 cup peanut butter 

  • 1 pack of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup fine sugar

  • 1 cup heavy or whipping cream

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  1. Crush the cookies until they’re fine crumbs. Pour the melted butter over and stir with a fork to combine. Press into a tart pan and bake until set, 5-7 mins. Remove it and let it cool down.

  2. Beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth. 

  3. Pour the filling into the crust, levelling the surface with a spoon. Chill for at least an hour or two before serving.
