Avocado Pesto Pasta (Keto)
200 g chicken breast
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Cook the chicken in a boiling water. Set aside
Blend in a hand mixer avocado, coconut oil, water, salt and pepper.
Spiralize zucchini (shape of noodles). Steam cook 10 mins, rinse in a cold water and drain.
Mix chicken, zucchini, and avocado sauce, sprinkle with olive oil and basil.
