Avocado Pesto Pasta (Keto)

- 2 zucchini 
- 200 g chicken breast 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 
- 1 avocado 
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
- 1/2 cup of water 
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil 
- Salt and pepper 
- Cook the chicken in a boiling water. Set aside 
- Blend in a hand mixer avocado, coconut oil, water, salt and pepper. 
- Spiralize zucchini (shape of noodles). Steam cook 10 mins, rinse in a cold water and drain. 
- Mix chicken, zucchini, and avocado sauce, sprinkle with olive oil and basil.
