Chicken avocado

  • 3 medium avocado (peeled)

  • 150 g. Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt  

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1  tsp cumin

  • 350 g chicken breast

1. Boil chicken breast, cut into cubes. Put aside to cool. 

2. Place all the rest ingredients into a food processor & blend until smooth. mix with meat and serve on a lettuce or with bread!  

3. Avocado mix (without poultry) can be stored in a sealed glassware in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
