- 150 g flour
- 100 g of flaxseed flour
- 100 g sour cream
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- salt to taste
- sesame seeds (optional)
Stir all dry ingredients. Add sour cream and knead the dough. If it does not stick well, you can add another spoonful of sour cream or a bit of water. Wrap the dough with cling film and leave for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
Roll into bread sticks, sprinkle with the water and the sesame seeds (optional). Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
