80 g of pitted green olives

Grind the olives and the cheese, and add them into flour with the butter and salt. Knead the dough and chill it well in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough into a sheet of 1/2 cm thick on a well floured (semolina) surface and cut it into the biscuits.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes.
