Tuna croquettes

 - 180 g tuna in oil (or fresh)

 - 1 tbsp. pitted olives

 - 3 slices of bread

 - 1/2 cup milk

 - 1 tsp  capers

 - 4 cherry tomatoes

 - 1 egg

 - 50 g breadcrumbs

 - 1 tbsp. olive oil

 - 1 tsp. parsley

 - salt

  1. Soak bread in a milk.

  2. Grind olives, capers, tomatoes, tuna, parsley, bread pulp, and olive oil in a mixer.  Combine the mixture with 1 egg and breadcrumbs.

  3. Form the croquettes, and fry them in oil until golden brown.
